Job description

  • Manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Take orders from the customer over the calls
  • Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow-ups
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Excellent communication presentation skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Emails.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with graduation in Biotechnology / Microbiology/pharmacy
  • Preferred candidates from Gurgaon location
