Job description
- Manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls
- Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Take orders from the customer over the calls
- Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow-ups
- Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Qualifications

- Excellent communication presentation skills
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Emails.
- Preference will be given to candidates with graduation in Biotechnology / Microbiology/pharmacy
- Preferred candidates from Gurgaon location
